I have taught a 1/2 split but 4/5 is a different animal. But I have a great resource. My neighbor across the street teaches a 4/5 split and loves it. Let's see if we can get her on here. Hang on! Help is on the way!

I have no idea what you people are talking about, but I'm commenting because it's makes my mom very happy.
I'll go with Heather. I thought you were referring to splits.. as in gymnastics...but I know how comments can make a woman happy!
